Before you use any part of this website or make a booking, we recommend you these terms and conditions. If you use the site, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions. If you are not happy with anything on the website, you shouldn’t use any part of the site or make a booking. From time to time, we may make changes to our website which may include changing the terms and conditions. We might not be able to give notice of this but if you use our website after changes have been made, you accept these changes.

Using the website

You understand that Forces Ferry And Travel Ltd’s website offers military discounts to the military and friends/colleagues/family travelling with military personnel only. The military personnel must be the lead party name. You understand that you must carry your military I.D when travelling and that our operators may ask you to produce it at any time to substantiate your ticket. Failure to do this may result in the operator requesting the difference between the public price and the discounted military price. By making a booking on our website, you agree that the booking is a legitimate one and that you are not pre-empting demand. By providing your personal details on our website, you concur that they are correct and that any monetary information inc. credit card is legitimate and not fraudulent. You must not to do anything on our website that might have a negative impact on Forces Ferry And Travel Ltd and which might add stress to the workings of our company. We apologise for any bugs or viruses on our website but we are not responsible for any errors that occur as a result of them. We are also not responsible for the customer’s personal inability to go onto the website or complete a booking or payment for whatever reason.

Information

We will always aim to provide correct information that is up to date on our website. We cannot be responsible for any incorrect information as well as that given by our operators. We are also not responsible for information that has been put on the website in error. In all cases we will always try to correct this as soon as possible when we know about it. Please note that we may change the products offered by ferry operators at any time and that any general information on the website is for guidance only. We may also change operators at any time. It is your responsibility and not the responsibility of Forces Ferry and Travel Ltd to check that you understand and adhere to your operator’s requirements for travel including passport, visa and vaccinations.

Bookings

After you have made a booking on Forcesferryandtravel.com you will receive an email confirmation with reference number. You will need to show this to the operator you are travelling with on arrival at Check-in. You will also need a passport and/or visa if a non-EU passport holder plus relevant military photo I.D (Please see your operator’s terms and conditions of travel for specific requirements) Please note - You will be charged for the use of credit and debit cards. All tickets are subject to availability and on a first come first served basis. Please understand that prices may therefore increase during the time taken to search for fare availability and at the time of booking because particular fares may have been sold during this time, reducing availability and therefore leaving only higher priced tickets. On certain fares there are limitations and restrictions including transporting pets to and from Europe. You must check with the operator before booking and certainly before travelling. If you miss the outbound or inbound departure for whatever reason, Forces Ferry And Travel Ltd will not be held responsible. Departure and arrival times are available from your operator and you should check them before travelling in case of change or cancellations. You will still be charged the full amount of the fare if you fail to travel on your ticket for whatever reason. In the event of bad weather or oceanic conditions, Forces ferry and travel Ltd cannot be held responsible and it is up to you to check with your operator before embarking on your journey. Nor can we be held responsible in the event of alternate transport being used or if the services offered during your journey are withdrawn. A minimum administration fee of £15/25euro per booking will be charged when any amendment or cancellation to your booking is made. This is in addition to any charges passed on by the operator you are travelling with. From time to time, Forces Ferry And Travel Ltd may change the fare prices to reflect the current market. This may mean an increase in ticket prices.

Branding and graphics

Everything on our website belongs to forces ferry and travel ltd. If you are re-redirected to one of our affiliate websites, you understand that these websites will have their own terms and conditions which may differ from our own and that you comply with their terms and conditions. All graphics inc. branding and information on our website cannot be taken or copied/edited from the site or sent to or borrowed by any third party without the consent of Forces Ferry And Travel Ltd.
